Job title: Customer Service Specialist
Responsibility description:
1. Responsible for the customer's telephone marketing and customer service work;
2. Responsible for the information input and maintenance of the raw material raw material database;
3. Cooperate with marketing department to maintain the CRM system and customer information;
4. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job requirements:

Education: college degree or above
Major: Marketing / chemical background is preferred
Working experience: 1 + years experience in customer service or marketing
Foreign language: English level Four
Computer operation level: basic office software
